KaramMD Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to the KaramMD Partner Program (the “Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Partner,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation as an affiliate/partner promoting KaramMD products. KaramMD (“we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any Partner’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Program Overview

Partners may earn commission for driving eligible purchases through approved affiliate links and/or codes issued through the Program. Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and KaramMD.

Commission Structure 

Partners will earn 20% commission on eligible purchases attributed to their approved affiliate link and/or discount code. Commission eligibility, tracking, and reporting are determined solely by KaramMD’s affiliate platform. KaramMD reserves the right to adjust commission rates, eligibility rules, or Program structure at any time.

Discount Code Policy 

Partners may be provided a discount code to share with customers. Standard Partner Discount: 20% off site-wide, including subscriptions. For subscriptions, the discount applies to a customer’s first subscription order only. Limit one discounted subscription purchase per customer. The discount code may not apply to certain items, promotional bundles, limited-time offers, or other exclusions as determined by KaramMD. KaramMD reserves the right to modify or deactivate any discount code at any time.

Commission Eligibility & Exclusions 

Commission may be denied or reversed for any transaction that is determined by KaramMD to be invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms. This may include, but is not limited to: cancelled orders; returned or refunded orders; chargebacks or payment disputes; duplicate orders or suspected abuse; unauthorized discounting, coupon leakage, or code misuse; self-referrals (purchases made by you for your own personal use using your own link/code). KaramMD reserves the right to review transactions and make the final determination regarding eligibility.

Payout Schedule & Validation Period 

Commission payouts are issued following a 90-day validation period to account for returns, cancellations, and order adjustments. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and tax information within the affiliate platform. KaramMD is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete Partner information.

Partner Content Requirements, FTC Disclosure & Promotional Restrictions

Partners must comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations, including the FTC Guidelines on endorsements and testimonials. The KaramMD Skin affiliate program is designed for affiliates to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any AdWords campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that, in the sole discretion of KaramMD Skin, is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any such commissions being denied and puts your continued participation in the KaramMD Skin program in jeopardy.

Brand Usage Guidelines 

KaramMD may provide approved brand assets (logos, product images, and marketing materials). Partners may use these assets only to promote KaramMD in a manner consistent with KaramMD’s brand guidelines. Partners may not: alter or misuse KaramMD trademarks, logos, or brand elements; create misleading content, false claims, or deceptive marketing; imply medical outcomes or guarantees unless explicitly approved by KaramMD; use paid search ads bidding on “KaramMD” or branded terms without written permission; use “KaramMD” in domain names, social handles, or impersonating accounts. KaramMD reserves the right to require edits or removal of content at any time.

Prohibited Conduct 

Partners may not engage in conduct that KaramMD considers harmful to the brand or customer experience, including but not limited to: misrepresentation of pricing, discount structure, or product benefits; posting fake reviews or incentivizing reviews improperly; spam, harassment, or deceptive promotion tactics; sharing unauthorized codes, leaks, or “coupon site” distribution; promoting KaramMD alongside content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Termination & Removal from the Program 

KaramMD reserves the right to terminate a Partner’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination: your affiliate link/code may be deactivated; any unpaid commissions may be withheld or reversed if associated with returns, cancellations, fraud, or Terms violations; you must cease using KaramMD brand assets and stop representing yourself as a Partner.

Modifications to the Program 

KaramMD may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaramMD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program. KaramMD’s total liability related to the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the previous three (3) months.

Privacy Policy

KaramMD respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information shared through the KaramMD Partner Program. We may collect and use information such as your name, email address, payment details, tax information, and affiliate performance data for the purposes of administering the Program, tracking referrals, processing commission payments, communicating Program updates, and ensuring compliance with Program terms. We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as affiliate and payment processing platforms) only as necessary to operate the Program and fulfill payments. By participating in the Program, you consent to this collection and use of information.
